Yes, I designed a minion wedding

What’s funny is that typically with all the other wedding designs I did, we would go through several rounds of revisions because the client wasn’t happy. With the minion wedding however, they LOVED it so much I didn’t need to do any revisions at all! I guess I’m just so good at designing what the minion fans want.

The pay might have been absolute garbage, but I do look back fondly on my time spent designing minion weddings and browsing pinterest for wedding invitation ideas.

This was our cramped little nook that I shared with Jeannie, the other designer. We used to buy each other breakfast everyday and just make stupid little drawings together. Here is a very stupid and adorable horse that she drew one time for a kid’s birthday party:

We took these photos on my last day there, right before I left for NY for the first time. I can’t believe how much things have changed, I was so young and naive back then before NY transformed me into the haggard old lady I am today.
