In other news, my sister is visiting New York and we are unfortunately going to be shopping way too much and also attending two Broadway shows (Sweeney Todd + Hadestown)! Then in mid January I’m going to be taking my annual pilgrimage to Taiwan to see the parents.
I hope everyone had a safe and warm new years. I know many are not able to with Israel’s continual onslaught in Gaza and the intentional murder of over 20,000 Palestinians. To be honest, it feels weird to be making any kind of content with all that’s going on.
Anyways, regardless, I hope everyone is staying safe out there.
Hoping for a ceasefire soon.
Hoping for a free Palestine soon.
Hoping this year will be more peaceful.

I am glad to hear you are in the road to recovery even if it is slow. Been there. Had surgery on my index finger twice to remove a tumor. The weirdest physical therapy appointments I could imagine followed. And while it was frustrating and I lost my flow, it can come back. Looking forward to your continued recovery and return to better health!
